To provide a decorative laminate sticking implement which enables anybody to stick a decorative laminate on a substrate material while forming a neat joint, and a method for sticking the decorative laminate using the sticking implement.

This decorative laminate sticking implement 1 makes the decorative laminate 2 stuck on the substrate material 3 at a desired joint interval J. The decorative laminate sticking implement 1 includes a locking piece 1a which is provided with a temporary fixing part 1c for temporarily fixing the decorative laminate sticking implement 1 to the decorative laminate 2 by being abutted on the surface of the decorative laminate 2, and a joint forming piece 1b which abuts on the end surface 2a of the decorative laminate protrusively provided in such a manner as to be orthogonal to the locking piece 1a from an end of the locking piece 1a. The joint forming piece 1b has a protrusion width W equal in dimension to or slightly smaller in dimension than the thickness of the decorative laminate 2, and has a thickness T equal in dimension to the desired joint interval J. When the joint forming piece 1b is formed in such a shape that the thickness T of the joint forming piece 1b is equal in dimension to the desired joint interval J, anybody can easily form the neat joint J at the desired interval between the decorative laminates 2, and a construction time can be greatly shortened.
