To manufacture effectively and inexpensively a decorative laminated sheet with rigidity or wear resistivity practicable to a horizontal plane and a superior designing property by adding and coating on a foundation granule consisting mainly of an electron beam-curable mold coating liquid and with a specified hardness to subsequently be allowed to cure through irradiation with an electron beam, etc.
The foundation is coated with a coating liquid containing granules consisting mainly of a coating liquid curable by UV rays, electron beams, and radial rays and having a Mohs hardness of 5-8 to thereby form a coated film layer cured through irradiation with UV rays or electron beams. For such a foundation, a decorative original paper, a plastic film and so on having a weight of 20-120g/m2 are applicable. 3Ca3P2O8.CaF, Na2O.CaO.SiO2 and the like are mentioned as granules with a Mohs hardness of 5 or more or 8 or less. Although a coating method is selective arbitrarily, an ordinary coating method can be put into practice, such as a gravure coater, a roll coater, a reverse roll coater, etc.
