PURPOSE: To enable lighting at a high brightness even by the use of a small number of commercial batteries by lighting a lamp means consisting of a plurality of lamp sets in different periods by a lighting means based on the voltage in which a DC power source is boosted by a booster means.

CONSTITUTION: A booster circuit 2 boots the output voltage 3.0-6.0V from a DC power source 1 to the lighting voltage of a lamp. A lamp circuit 4 flashed by the voltage supplied from the booster circuit 2 according to the control of a lighting circuit 3 has lamp sets 4-1 to 4-n, which lamp sets are lighted by the output signals 3-1 to 3-n based on the voltage from the booster circuit 2. Hence, the lamp sets can be lighted at high brightness even by the use of a small number of commercial batteries.
