PURPOSE: To express texture different from conventional ones by leaving a pattern derived from irregularity formed by embossing finish as a pattern design and having fine irregularity on the surface.
CONSTITUTION: A colored synthetic resin layer 21 with fine particulates 23 fastened on its surface is embossing finished, and the particulates 23 are buried in the resin layer 21 at its recessed part. Thereafter, hardening type synthetic resin is applied on the surface and hardened, and a protruded part 25 with fine irregularity derived from the particulates 23 and an overcoat layer 29 with a flat recessed part 27 are formed. Thereafter, the surface is leveled by plate pressing and a decorative material with an irregular part 31 and a flat part 33 is manufactured.
