To provide a decorative member for a floor which eliminates absorption of water from a surface and headers even if it is laid in a water section such as a toilet, washroom, and kitchen and in which corrosion and mold are hardly generated.

A decorative sheet is laminated on the surface of a resin-based base material to form a decorative member for use by being laid on a floor surface. The decorative member for a floor can be laid over the whole floor surface of an execution site by one sheet. The resin-based base material is foamed at an expansion ratio of 1 to 15 times and consists of a thermoplastic resin containing inorganic filler of 30 to 70 wt.%, and a plurality of grooves parallel to each other in one direction and not penetrating the resin-based base material are provided on a rear surface of the resin-based base material. Thus, the decorative sheet can be distorted in a direction perpendicular to the grooves with the surface side of the decorative member for a floor inside.
