Tile joints are formed on the surface of a metallic panel, the surface of a metallic siding, or the like that a noncombustible heat insulation material is stuck to the obverse and reverse of a noncombustible panel backed with a metallic panel. A brick-like, grain-like, or metal-like decorative waterproof paint is applied on a space of rectangular, square or other different shapes enclosed by the tile joints to form the decorative interior/exterior member with a tile pattern.
