Abstract:
To eliminate an air bubble with a diameter of 1 mm or more in the interface of a cured layer and a backing material in a civil engineering/building decorative panel having the cured body formed by curing a slurry and the backing material laminated to the cured body.
A decorative panel has a cured body formed by curing a slurry based on alkaline earth metal oxide and an org. carbonic acid compd. in a form and the backing material laminated on the exposed surface (form non- contact surface) of the cured body at a time of the curing of the slurry. In this case, the viscosity V of the slurry is set to 30 mPa.s≤V≤400 mPa.s.
