The numerous microreflective sections 121 are formed by concave reflectors 121a which presents three-dimensional shape of triangular roofing, and give light and darkness of light to the ornamental patterns 12 generating light and darkness of 1/f fluctuation to the radiance of light reflected by these concave reflectors 121a, furthermore, by reflecting the specific colors of light, which are specified based on the refractive index and the thickness of optical ornamentation diaphragm 13 and separated by optical ornamentation diaphragm 13 among from the incoming incident ray permeating the interface of the concave reflectors 121a of numerous microreflective sections 121 and the optical ornamentation diaphragm 13, on to the microreflective sections 121, the ornamental patterns 12 are color shaded in accordance with the light and darkness of the above light.
