To provide a decorative pane, in which a decorative pattern demonstrates a lustrous effect irregularly varying like sunbeams shining through branches of trees in the natural world and the decorative pattern can be brightly displayed in the color of light in visible range and, varied and attractive optical decoration can be possible.
In the decorative panel, a decorative pattern 12 formed on the light incident plate 11a of a base material 11 is formed by arranging a plurality of reflective surfaces 121 presenting a concave and three dimensional shape along the light incident plane 11a of the base material 11 two dimensionally so as to generate the light and dark pattern of light irregularly changing in response to 1/f fluctuation in the luster and luminance of reflected light, which is reflected by a plurality of numbers of the reflective surface 121 and emits outside from the light incident plane 11a of the base material 11. Further, by diffractingly separating the visible light with a color having a specified wavelength among light incident in an optical decorative layer 13 through the base material 11 with the optical decorative layer 13, the light and dark pattern of light of the decorative pattern 12 is so constituted as to be colored in the color having the specified wavelength using the resultant diffracted light.
