The decorative part 1 is manufactured by injection-molding a resin member, which comprises 50-95 pts.wt. of a PBT resin, a PET resin, a PBT/PET resin or a PBT/PC resin, 5-30 pts.wt. of a rubber component based on an ethylene/propylene rubber or a butyl rubber and 0-30 pts.wt. of an inorganic reinforcing material, in a mold to which emboss processing is applied so that surface roughness Ra becomes 5-20 μm, surface roughness Rt becomes 5-25 μm and a mean interval Sm of unevenness becomes 60-200 μm.
