In the decorative plate for the flooring material having the wooden base material (A), the decorative paper (B) having a printed grain or a printed abstract picture pattern on stencil paper and the surface protective layer composed of an ultraviolet ray-curable resin or a two-liquid type urethane-based resin, an acrylic resin layer (C) and an ultraviolet ray-curable resin layer (D) in this order wherein the acrylic resin layer (C) is a 0.5 to 20 m thick layer composed of a dried aqueous acrylic resin film having an acid value of not more than 50 mg/KOH and a Tg of not higher than 30C, and the ultraviolet ray-curable resin layer (D) is 10 to 150 m thick.
