PURPOSE: To prevent the outflow of clay or the like from a clearance around a rafter clearance closing tile by providing a decorative plate body almost in the same shape as the shape of a rafter clearance between a galleting tile and a plain tile under the ridge, and providing the edge of the decorative plate body with a locking piece to be locked to the peripheral edge of the rafter clearance closing tile.

CONSTITUTION: A decorative plate body 11 fitted in the state of covering the outer face of a rafter clearance closing tile 6 is formed almost in the same size as the shape of a rafter clearance so as to close a clearance generated around the rafter clearance closing tile to a galleting tile 3 and a plain tile 5. A locking piece 12 bent inward at a right angle is protrusively provided along the lower edge of the decorative plate body 11 and locked to the inner side edge of the rafter clearance closing tile 6 by a locking claw to fit and fix the decorative plate 10. In this case, plane patterns or solid patterns can be formed at the outer face of the decorative plate body 11 in order to make outward appearance desirable.
