To provide a decorative plate which exhibits sufficiently satisfying incombustiblity, and has no problem with performance such as in construction adequacy and adhesiveness to a substrate.

The decorative plate is formed by sequentially laminating a sealer layer, an adhesive layer, and a decorative sheet formed of polyolefine resin on a base material formed of a calcium silicate plate with a thickness of 6 mm or more. The coated amount of the sealer layer is 4-10 g/m² on a solid basis. The coated amount of the adhesive layer is 25-35 g/m² on a solid basis. The thickness of the decorative sheet is 0.05-0.20 mm. The sealer layer contains silicates potassium silicate and 0.1-0.5% of epoxy resin.
