To provide a decorative sheet from which a decorative board that is economically excellent, is excellent in adhesion between a plastic film and a resin-impregnated layer surface after hot-press molding, is easily peeled when intentionally peeled, and has mat feeling can be obtained.SOLUTION: Decorative sheets 1,1' have such a structure that resin-impregnated layers 2,2' obtained by impregnating an impregnation base material with a thermosetting type resin composition and a polybutylene terephthalate film 3 are laminated, and the polybutylene terephthalate film 3 has a mat-like transfer shape on a surface 3a on the sides of the resin-impregnated layers 2,2'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
