To provide a decorative sheet obtained by baking coating or the like for the surface of a substrate at a low temperature and excellent in water repellency, oil repellency, antistaining properties, stain removing properties and the adhesion with the surface of the substrate.
The decorative sheet is obtained by coating the surface of the substrate with a coating film formed from a curable paint composition containing a fluorine-containing copolymer (A), which contains a fluorine- containing olefin component unit (a1), an organosilicon compound component unit (a2) derived from an organosilicon compound containing at least one polymerizable unsaturated bond and a vinyl ether component unit (a3) which may contain a hydroxyl group or an epoxy group, and one or more kinds of curing agents (B) selected from a melamine resin, a urea resin, polybasic organic acids and polyvalent isocyanates. The component unit (a2) is the organosilicon compound having at least one polymerizable vinyl group or a (meth)acryloyl oxy group and preferably a compound derived from at least one polymerizable organosilicon compound selected from the group of organosilane, organo(poly) siloxane and silicone.
