Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a half tone pattern having a cubic feeling and without repeat by arranging each of a base sheet, a primer layer and a decorative layer and basically specifying surface roughness of the decorative layer.
CONSTITUTION: Each of a base sheet, a primer layer and a decorative layer is arranged and furthermore surface roughness regulated by B-0601 for the decorative is set to ≥6 μm. A thickness of the decorative layer is set to 30-150 μm. A thickness of the base sheet is set to 20-200 μm and that of the primer layer is set to 0.1-100 μm, respectively. The decorative layer is formed from a paint containing silicone particles and aluminum powders. The base sheet has vinyl chlorine resin as a main component and the primer layer has vinyl acetate resin as a main component and the decorative layer has urethane base resin as a main component. Thus, a halftone pattern having a cubic feeling and without repeat is formed into a long shape.
