Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a decorative sheet having a thick coating appearance by forming a topcoat layer having a specific thickness using a coating material prepared by adding a radical polymerizable substance to a mixture consisting of a urethane acrylate prepolymer having a specific average mol.wt. and a monofunctional monomer other than silicone acrylate in a specific ratio.
CONSTITUTION: A topcoat layer with a thickness of 15μm or more is formed using a coating agent prepared by adding 1-5 pts.wt. of a monomer or prepolymer of silicon, acrylate with a wt. average mol.wt. of 1000-10000 having a radical polymerizable (meth)acryloxypropyl group at least at the terminal of its dimethylpolysiloxane molecular chain to 100 pts.wt. of a mixture containing a urethane acrylate prepolymer with a wt. average mol.wt. of 1000-10000 having a polymerizable unsaturated bond and a monofunctional monomer other than silicone acrylate in a ratio of (60-40):(40-60)wt.%.
