To dispose destruction rubbish by incineration by removing peelable properties with the passage of time in execution without scattering of a plasticizer, a diluent, etc., in manufacturing by a method wherein a semitranslucent acrylic resin layer is formed on a base material sheet by using acrylic resin emulsion containing a foaming agent, and a printing layer is formed thereon.
A semitranslucent acrylic resin layer 12 is formed on a base material sheet 11 by using acrylic resin emulsion containing a foaming agent. A printing layer 14 is formed on the acrylic resin layer. Thereby, since that is aqueous emulsion different from conventional vinyl chloride wall paper, there is neither scattering of a plasticizer, a diluent, etc., in manufacture, nor deterioration of peelable properties owing to bleed of the plasticizer with the passage of time after execution. Further, a fear of problem or the like on environmental preservation in incineration disposal of destruction rubbish can be removed.
