The decorative sheet 1 is equipped with a transparent sheet 2, a first printing layer 3 decoratively printed on one side of the transparent sheet 2 so as to hold predetermined transparency to a part or whole surface of the transparent sheet, a color layer 4 printed on the surface of the first printing layer 3 so as to color the first printing layer 3 by a predetermined color while holding predetermined transparency, and a second printing layer 5 decoratively printed on the surface of the color layer 4 so as to hold predetermined transparency to a part or the whole surface of the color layer 4.
