To provide a decorative sheet having excellent design property and decorativeness, and a method and apparatus for manufacturing it.
A drawn lengthy base material 5 is uniformly coated on one surface with paste-like resin 2 via a coating roll 3 between the roll 3 and a receiving roll 4, and transferred between a pressing roll 7 and a cylinder 8. Here, the material 5 and the resin 2 are formed with a pattern protruding to the other surface by the roll 7, and the resin 2 is coated thereon with paste- like resin 18 in a pattern of a recessed part 10. The surface having the resin 18 is smoothed by a mirror formed heating cylinder 14 by inserting it between the cylinder 14 and a smooth rubber roll 15. Thus, the pattern of the resin 18 is inlaid, and the decorative sheet having unevenness on the other surface in contact with the roll 15 is obtained.
