To assure excellent adhesive strength, heat resistance, durability, operability, beautiful appearance and safety of a human body against a solvent by laminating an adhesive layer, a protective layer on a print layer formed on a surface of a base material sheet, and forming the adhesive layer of a reaction type hot melt adhesive.

A print layer 3 formed by design printing, color printing or the like is formed on a surface of a fibrous sheet of paper, woven fabric or nonwoven fabric or a base material sheet 2 constituted of an olefin resin, vinyl chloride resin or the like of a pattern print layer 32 partly provided on a surface of a solid print layer 31 provided on an overall surface. An adhesive layer 4 laminated on the layer 3 is formed of a reaction type hot melt adhesive such as a urethane three-dimensional crosslinking reactive hot melt type adhesive or the like. Further, a protective layer 5 is formed on the layer 3 together with the layer 4 of a transparent or translucent acrylic resin.
