The decorative sheet is formed by laminating a base material layer, a metallic thin film layer and an adhesive layer in this order and integrating them, wherein the base material layer contains 100 pts.wt. of vinyl chloride resin, 0.02-5 pts.wt. of hindered amine-based light stabilizer having one or more triazine skeletons and two or more piperidine ring structures and having a number average molecular weight of 500 or more, and 0.01-0.1 pts.wt. of triazine-based ultraviolet absorbent.
