Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart design rich in variation to an inorganic basic material.SOLUTION: A decorative plate 9 is provided in which a primer layer 3, a pattern layer 2 and a top coat layer 1 are formed in this order on an inorganic basic material 7. In the primer layer 3, titanium oxide is preferably blended with a resin such as a nylon resin, an alkyd resin, an alkyd resin, an epoxy resin, an urethane resin and alkyl silicate in order to improve concealability. In the pattern layer 2, desired pattern and hue are formed by gravure printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, inkjet printing and a decorative film, the top coat layer 1 is formed of a coating material, an organopolysiloxane-based resin coating material and a fluorine resin coating material are used as the coating material, a fiber-reinforced cement plate is preferable as the inorganic basic material 7, and the decorative plate preferably has a thickness of 3-100 mm and a density of 0.5-2.0 g/cm3 in terms of strength and handleability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
