A decorative sheet base 10 is provided by applying decorative processes 3 and 7 on thermoplastic resin sheets 1 and 4 as a surface material, on the back of which a thermoplastic resin sheet 11 as a lining sheet containing inorganic filler particles of 30-80% is laminated through a bonding agent layer 5'. Preferably a polyolefin resin sheet is used for both or one of the thermoplastic resin sheets 1 and 4 as a surface material or the thermoplastic resin sheets 11 as a lining material. Recesses and projections of faces are not formed on the surface of a decorative sheet in the case of using the decorative sheet as a coating decorative material for sections of recesses and projections like the end faces to provide the high surface smoothness, and cutting properties are improved to prevent the generation of whiskers along the trimming lines and cutting lines.
