PURPOSE: To create easily tone and flowing patterns with depth and taste by forming a base colored bonding agent layer, dispersing locally a multicolored bonding agent of the base colored bonding agent layer on one face of a transparent film and dispersing plastic chips and film pieces of a water absorbing substance partially on the multicolored bonding agent layer.
CONSTITUTION: A base colored bonding agent layer and a multicolored bonding agent layer with transparency composed of a separate single-colored or multicolored bonding agent to be dispersed locally on said base colored bonding agent layer are formed in uneven thickness on one face of a transparent film base. Plastic chips and film pieces of water absorbing substance embedded partially are dispersed on the multicolored bonding agent layer. Multicolored bonding agent is absorbed into the film pieces out of the sections being in contact with the colored bonding agent by the water absorption force of the film pieces, and the color difference from the non-contact sections is generated. The state of varying the shade is fixed by hot air drying, and further heat rolling is applied to roll the plastic chips and fix by pressure the non- embbeded sections of the colored bonding agent layer of the film pieces on the colored bonding agent layer.
