Title:
DECORATIVE WORKING METHOD OF GLASSES FRAME
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60257422
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a decorative material consisting essentially of a resin by forming closed space parts with a frame and charging the resin or the like into these space parts and using a passing light to bring about a peculiar pattern formed with the resin, a metallic powder, etc.

CONSTITUTION: Rubber plates 20 are applied to lower side faces of the frame forming spaces 13, and a paint is charged into spaces 13. Since air penetrates the paint when a hardener, a metallic powder, erc. are mixed into it, the paint is defoamed in a vacuum vessel. In the defoaming process, ≤30°C is desirable for the purpose of bringing about a beautiful pattern. Natural hardening or thermal hardening is used as the hardening means thereafter; and since both faces after hardening are slightly rugged, they are polished by a buff or the like to smooth them.
