Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire collection system with which a user replies to a questionnaire and receives services at any time and which surely collects questionnaire information. SOLUTION: An exclusive access device 15 of a service company 11 is provided with a function that registers users in a database of the service company, a function that confirms registration of the user making a phone call to the service company, a function that informs the registered users of questionnaire information and collects the replay of the questionnaire, a function that stores service points of charge free call units in response to the number of times of replies to the questionnaire by the users, and a function that makes a phone call from the user free within a time corresponding to the stored service point of the user.
