Abstract:
To provide a deep drawing packaging machine which does not supply film parts including thick seams to a vertical cutter device.CONSTITUTION: Provided are a horizontal cutter device 12 that horizontally cuts seal parts of a lower film 4 and an upper film 10 in the film width direction, and a vertical cutter device 13 that vertically cuts along the transport direction. The horizontal cutter device has a function to R-cut the part facing the corner of a recess in the lower film, and the vertical cutter device vertically cuts each R-cut part formed between the horizontally adjacent recesses with two cutter blades. Between the horizontal cutter device and the vertical cutter device, a slitter device 30 is provided that cuts both the left and right sides of the film along the transport direction. The slitter device cuts both the left and right sides of film parts 51 including the seam parts of the lower film etc., so as to cut off the film parts via horizontally cut parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
