Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep groove ball bearing where ball assembling performance is prevented from being reduced even if shoulder parts of an inner ring and an outer ring are expanded.SOLUTION: A deep groove ball bearing 1 comprises an inner ring 2 having an inner expanded shoulder part 23 which is higher than an inner shoulder part 22 at one side in an axial direction, at the other side in the axial direction, and an outer ring 3 having an outer expanded shoulder part 32 which is higher than an outer shoulder part 33 at the other side in the axial direction, at the one side in the axial direction. The inner shoulder part 22 of the inner ring 2 is formed with an inside recess 24 which can accommodate the outer expanded shoulder part 32 when an internal peripheral face of the outer ring 3 and an external peripheral face of the inner ring 2 are brought closer to each other in part in a peripheral direction for assembling the bearing. The outer shoulder part 33 of the outer ring 3 is formed with an outside recess 34 which can accommodate the inner expanded shoulder part 23 when an internal peripheral face of the outer ring 3 and an external peripheral face of the inner ring 2 are brought closer to each other in part in the peripheral direction for assembling the bearing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
