To form a deep hole with high straightness on a workpiece while solving a problem caused by using a piezo element in a deep hole drilling device.
The deep hole drilling device includes a position control means 100 which adjusts a position of a boring bar or the workpiece in a radial direction orthogonal to a rotation axis by force generated by ejection of a fluid.
