Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide at a low cost a deep hole part with the ratio specified for the hole depth over the inside diameter.
CONSTITUTION: An austenitic stainless steel is used as a base material; a plastic working consisting of a compound working such as upsetting, forward extrusion and backward extrusion is performed within the range of 0.3-1.2m/sec and also at the working temperature of 600°C or below; and a deep hole part 1 is thereby formed which is provided with a deep hole 1a having 4 or more in the ratio (L/d) of the hole depth (L) over the inside diameter (d).
