Abstract:
To provide a more efficient computer-implemented text correction method and device for developing a deep learning-based spell checker.SOLUTION: In a text correction method for taking advantage of a greatly reduced number of error-ground truth pairs to train a deep learning model, to generate the error-ground truth pair, different characters in a ground truth word are replaced with symbols without appearing in any ground truth word, an error word to be paired with the ground truth word is generated, a pair of characters in the ground truth word are replaced with symbols to generate the error word to be paired with the ground truth word, and the error-ground truth pair is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
