Abstract:

To provide a deep sea vessel for loading fuel for working on the deep seabed to produce compressed air used as operation energy for mining, collecting and lifting mineral resources such as manganese nodules and manganese crust in the seabed ground and seabed hydrothermal deposit, using wind force, a buoyancy body for lifting the mineral resources, an ocean wind mill for producing compressed air which is a main drive source of a system, a hydraulic power generating facility by compressed air, a seawater desalination apparatus using compressed air, a compressed air-liquefied gas-dry ice driving device, and the like.

A renewable energy cycle is provided for sinking to the seabed using the gravity of the earth while holding liquefied gas of 0.95 or more in specific gravity as operation energy for mining, collecting and lifting mineral resources on the seabed, carrying out excavation and collection at the seabed using compressed air produced by vaporization, pressing the exhaust gas into a balloon to lift minerals by buoyancy, recovering the mineral resources at sea and compressing gas in the balloon for reuse.
