To provide a new aid for use with adult bedridden people in place of diapers.

A locking screw 8 for locking an outer cylinder 1 to an inner cylinder is loosened with a knob 4 and the outer cylinder is displaced behind the inner cylinder. An opening in a storage bag 15 is fitted over the surface of the inner cylinder and the bottom sealing end 16 of the storage bag is inserted into the hollow part of the inner cylinder. The portion of the storage bag making contact with an opening 6 in the inner cylinder is compressed to a proper position and an opening in the outer cylinder is returned to a position where it fits the opening in the inner cylinder and a user. Then the knob of the locking screw is loosened. The aid thus prepared is attached to the user.
