To provide a defecation care implement storing the egesta of a bedridden person into a bag without having contact with the skin, rapidly and sanitarily treating the egesta, and sanitarily disposing the used bag as rubbish.

Fasteners (2), (3) are attached to a distal end on one side of a cylindrical resin film and closed to thereby obtain the bag (1). A degassing hole (5) for discharging gas to be generated from feces is arranged in the upper part of the bag, and a degassing filter (12) for covering the degassing hole (5) is made to adhere from the inner side of the bag (1). A seal (4) is made to adhere onto an end surface on the opposite side of the fasteners (2), (3) attached to the resin film. A feces passage port (7) is arranged in the seal (4) and release paper sheets (9), (10) are stuck via an adhesive (11).
