Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect analysis method of a printing surface, an adjusting method of a printer, and a systems using those that can quickly and precisely adjust the printer before the occurrence of a lot of defects.SOLUTION: A system includes: first imaging means 11 for photographing a printing surface 10; and second imaging means 12 that also photographs the printing face 10, is provided at an upstream position closer to a printer 1 than the first imaging means 11, and takes an image in more detail with higher resolution than the first imaging means 11. When the system identifies a defect and its position from image information of a printing face obtained by the first imaging means 11, it photographs, in more detail, a region 9 corresponding to the position of the defect on the printing surface printed later by the second imaging means 12, analyzes the defect, and adjusts the printer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
