Abstract:

To largely reduce a working time by shortening a hardening time and a curing time of a filling material.

Cold setting epoxy resin and unsaturated polyester resin are used as the filling material for filling a defect part of reinforced concrete and peroxide is added thereto to accelerate the hardening. The defect part of the reinforced concrete is filled with the filling material, reinforcement bars in the defect part are electrified, and the hardening of the filling material is accelerated by the exothermic effect. A resin material mixed with a conductive fiber is used as the filling material for filling the defect part of the reinforced concrete and the hardening of the filling material is accelerated by the exothermic effect by the electrification to the filling material. Photopolymer is used as the filling material for filling the defect part of the reinforced concrete and the photopolymer is hardened by the exposure of light.
