Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical configuration capable of marking on a periph eral face of a long object at 360 degrees securely and easily, removing the marking easily, and eliminating a necessity of fixing both ends of a linear elastic body to form in a shape of a ring.
SOLUTION: A long elastic body 2 which is an original material of a linear elastic body 2' is supplied by an elastic body supply mechanism and is gripped by a pair of pinchers 51. A pair of pinchers 51 rotate by a rotation mechanism 52 to wind the long elastic body 2 around a holder 3. A contact pin 41 of a twisting and wiring mechanism advances to tangle the long elastic body 2, and a cutting device 516 provided on the pincher 51 on one side cuts the long elastic body 2 to form the linear elastic body 2' so that the linear elastic body 2' is released from a pair of pinchers 51. Furthermore, the contact pin 41 advances to release the linear elastic body 2' from the holder 3, and the linear elastic body 2' is wound around the vicinity of a defective part of a long object 1 due to elasticity.
