Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide plate by which workability is improved by stably supplying a potted seedling to a down belt by expanding one end of a frame installed along one side edge of a seedling conveyer belt toward the upside of the down belt and drooping it toward the top of the down belt.
SOLUTION: At the upper part of a machine body, a seedling placing base is provided for placing a potted seedling (a), which is raised in a nursery box, together with the nursery box and the potted seeding (a) pushed out of the nursery box placed on that seedling placing base is conveyed to down belts 9, which are provided on the left and right sides of the machine body, by a seedling conveyer belt 6 below the seedling placing base so as to be freely supplied to a lower transplanter. Then, one end of a frame 7 installed along one side edge of the seedling conveyer belt 6 is expanded toward the upside of the down belts 9 and drooped toward the top of down belts 9. Therefore, even when the potted seedling (a) sent to the edge of the seedling conveyer belt 6 is pressed down by a feeding pawl 8 away from the edge of the belt 6, the root part of the potted seedling (a) is stabilized in contact with a guide plate 13 so that the potted seedling (a) can be stably supplied onto the down belts 9.
