Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent a cable from directly touching and rubbing against concrete and steel, and prevent an angle changing part from receiving local stress.
CONSTITUTION: Sleeves 6 are arranged in the holes 4a of deflecting devices 4, and when an outer cable 1 is passed through the sleeves 6, solidifying packing material 7 is filled in the sleeves 6 and the outer cable is passed through the packing material 7. The packing material 7 is filled therein after passing the outer cable 1 through the sleeves 6.
