Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the adjustment of a raster centering control signal from substantially affecting a raster height adjustment by generating an adjustable raster height control signal for the raster height adjustment. CONSTITUTION: When a current IHEIGHT increases, a voltage VHIGH decreases and a voltage VLOW increases, but neither the mean value of a voltage VRAMP nor the level of a voltage VCENT is affected by the increase of the current IHEIGHT. This feature is obtained by properly selecting the values of currents which are supplied to terminals 101a and 101b and generated by transistors Q1 to Q4 and the value of a resistance in constitution 101. Then the level of a current ICENTER is controlled through a bus BUS so that the voltages VLOW and VHIGHT vary in the same direction. For example, when the current ICENTER is increased for a service raster centering adjustment, the voltages VHIGH and VLOW decrease. As the result, the adjustment of vertical centering is not affected by a vertical height.
