Abstract:
To provide a deflection measurement unit which shortens fastening force inspection work of each rail fastening device and refastening work of a fastening bolt by a tracklayer.SOLUTION: A deflection measurement unit 100, placed on a leaf spring clip Fc of a rail fastening device F which fixes a rail R on a sleeper S with a fastening bolt Ff1 through the leaf spring clip Fc, measures deflection amount δ near the fastening bolt Ff1 of the leaf spring clip Fc. The deflection measurement unit 100 comprises: a body plate 110 which is placed attachably/detachably with respect to the leaf spring clip Fc of the rail fastening device F; deflection amount measurement means 130 which measures deflection amount δ caused by curvature deformation of the leaf spring clip Fc resulting from the fastening of the fastening bolt Ff1; and result display means 140 which displays the result of measurement by the deflection amount measurement means 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
