Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deflection yoke clamp band bolt capable of effectively preventing the bolt from scuffing and seizing to its screw part.
SOLUTION: This clamp band 80 is equipped with a circumference part 8a, a pair of protruding sections 8b protruding outward from both end parts of the circumference part 8a and a bolt 8c mounted so as to pass through a screw hole formed on the protruding section 8b. Lubricant 9 is imposed between the screw hole of the protruding section 8b and the bolt 8c, by sticking the lubricant 9 of fluorine to the surface of the bolt 8 in advance at a deposition ratio of 3×10-3-13×10-3 mg/mm2.
