To provide a deflection yoke which removes miss-convergence.

Fig. 1 shows a separator of the deflection coil according to an embodiment of the present invention. In a circular shape separator 1 having a circular shape notch part 2 suitable to the cathode ray tube (not shown), a deflection coil of section winding is formed in that Y-Y is a middle axis dividing the separator 1 into right and left (or higher and lower) parts, the right and left parts are asymmetric by making the diameter of the separator 1 in one part small, and the wound part 4 between the rib 3, 3 is through the Litz wire. The Litz wire has different distance between inner diameter part of the deflection coil and funnel curve of the cathode ray tube since the line integrations of the strong twisted direction and the weak twisted direction is different from each other and can be a cause of the miss-convergence. Since the distances can be identical by using the asymmetric separator, the deflection yoke which is free from miss-convergence can be obtained.
