To provide a deflector device capable of maintaining an oscillatory state for a long period such as five years or ten years with a small number of parts.

The deflector device includes a fixed part 5 mounted to an opposite side of a vehicle body side (to be a road surface side) in front of a wheel house, a deflector body 6 for receiving traveling wind 9, and a regulating part 7 for connecting the fixed part 5 and the deflector body 6 and regulating a rotatable connecting part and the deflector body 6 at a prescribed position. When the deflector body 6 receives traveling wind 9 during vehicle traveling, the position of the deflector body 6 is regulated by the regulating part 7.
