PURPOSE: To control a deflector smoothly and efficiently, by assembling a solenoid valve for controlling the function of pneumatic mechanism with a push switch, cam member and resilient member.

CONSTITUTION: An operating rod 26 is reciprocated by specific air pressure and atmospheric pressure to be fed alternatively into a diaphragm chamber in housing 28 while a diaphragm mechanism 24 for rotating a deflector 2 around a pivot shaft 4 through cable 12, coupling bar 8 is provided. Furthermore, a solenoid valve 74 for exchanging specific air pressure and atmospheric pressure to be applied in the diaphragm chamber alternatively is provided to an air pressure hose 76 where said valve 74 is controlled through turnning on/off of a microswitch. The microswitch 66 is exchanged by pressing/releasing the input section 68 by means of a rod cam 56 to be advanced/retreated with correspondence to reciprocation of said rod 26 through O-ring 63.
