Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deformable material capable of being widely deformed at a low voltage, a method for efficiently producing the deformable material capable of being widely deformed at a low voltage, and an actuator capable of being largely displaced at a low voltage.SOLUTION: The deformable material comprises a stimulation-responsive compound as constituents whose molecular structure is deformed by oxidation-reduction reaction, a deformable polymer having a network structure, and an electroconductive polymer. The electroconductive polymer enters into the network of the deformable polymer.
