The splitting expected part 23 extending along outer edge lines of air bag doors 21 and 22 comprises a plurality of through holes 30 punched in a desired interval along the outer edge lines of the air bag doors 21 and 22, and a plurality of connecting parts 31 formed intermittently on both sides of the through-holes 30. When the thermal expansion occurs in the vehicle interior member 10 in non-operation time of an air bag device 40, the partial deformation at the splitting expected part 23 is prevented by the existence of each connecting part 31. Thickness h of the splitting expected part 23 is set 1 mm or longer.
