Sub-shafts 29 are attached to both ends of a rotary frame 27 rotated centering around a main shaft 26 in such a state that the upper parts of them are inclined toward the main shaft 26 and container holders 28 are attached to the sub-shafts 29 and a main pulley 30 is provided on the same shaft as the main shaft in a state rotatable independently of the main shaft and an endless belt is trained over the sub-pulleys 45 of the sub-shafts and the main pulley 30 and a one-way clutch 50 not permitting the rotary direction of the main pulley in one direction but permitting the same in other direction is provided and, when the main shaft 30 is rotated in one direction, the container rotates on its own axis while revolves and, when the main shaft 26 is rotated in the other direction, the container revolves without rotating on its own axis.
