A gas guide groove 11 in the diameter direction for guiding a fluxing gas G from a delivery port 7 toward the tip of each blade 8a and to the under side 10 of an agitation blades 8 is connected to a gas guide groove 12 in the peripheral direction for guiding the fluxing gas G from the midway of the gas guide groove 11 toward the rear side of the rotation direction. Therefore, the bubbles of the fluxing gas G blown from the gas guide groove 12 in the peripheral direction into a molten metal M collide with and are crushed by the blades 8a of the agitation blade 8 going behind; thus, the bubbles are rapidly made minute and the degassing effect is remarkably enhanced.
